Watkins Farm was formerly owned by the Watkins family. The property was deeded to the Watkins family in the late 1800’s by the King of England. The family operated a working farm until the late 1980’s. It remained in the Watkins family until the original craftsman style farmhouse became unsafe. In May of 2007 the norton company purchased the Watkins Farm property and unfortunately the old Watkins farmhouse had to be torn down.
